Ministros de la Pastoral Juvenil: colaboración con tu párroco

Como sucede en cualquier relación, la comunicación es lo más esencial; y no hay relación más importante en la pastoral juvenil que la del ministro de la pastoral juvenil con su párroco o vicario. La buena comunicación se basa en comprenderse mutuamente; y antes de que podamos mejorar una buena relación, tenemos que entender exactamente qué tipo de relación es. Así como el matrimonio es mi vocación, el ministerio eclesial es la vocación del pastor. Así que yo le ayudo a él, y guardo siempre presente en mi corazón que estoy atendiendo a su ministerio, no dirigiendo al mío. Esta actitud es esencial si vas a trabajar de manera efectiva con tu pastor en la pastoral juvenil. Es importante recordar que, aunque tú y tu pastor tengan quizás una amistad, en cuanto al ministerio, nunca son semejantes. Sí, debes de compartir con él lo que sucede en el ministerio, pero él no va a reciprocar compartiendo contigo todo lo que sucede en la parroquia. No puede; mucho de eso es confidencial. Tú le rindes informes a él, no al revés.
